İnclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria

1- < 18 year old

1- > 18 year old

2-isolated head trauma

2-Multiple trauma

3- Admitted within 3 hours after trauma

3- Admitted 3 hours after trauma

 

4-Admitted exitus patient

 

5- Patients with a GCS of 15 and normal CT findings
