Screening and selection of the included studies. There were 3043 articles after the first search. After removal of 305 duplicates, 2738 articles remained. A total of 420 studies remained following title and abstract screening. Afterwards, 414 articles were excluded for several reasons, cross-reference checking only revealed case reports. In the end, only 19 studies remained
